How this deck works
Four short sections take you from first read to confident recall. Work through them in order the first time; after that, jump straight to whichever one you need.
Reference — read the axioms in full
Each of William Glasser's ten axioms is stated in full, followed by a plain-language explanation and one reflection question. Read straight through once before you try to memorise anything.
Recall — flip through the cards
Ten flip cards let you test yourself. Tap a card to see the front (the essence), tap again to reveal the full statement on the back. Use "Shuffle" once you know the order by heart, so you're recalling by meaning, not by position.
Q&A — go deeper with AI
Type a question about any axiom — a case example, a tricky distinction, how it applies to a real relationship — and the tutor will respond using only Choice Theory as its frame, in the spirit of offering information rather than answers.
Resources — save things to your phone
Download the podcast and the infographic so you can review the axioms offline — on a train, before a session, wherever you study best.
The ten axioms, in full
Read these once slowly, in order — each axiom builds on the one before it, moving from what we can control, to why relationships matter, to how behaviour itself is built and chosen.
Flip-card drill
Tap a card to flip it. Try to say the full axiom out loud before you flip — the goal is recall, not recognition.
Expand your understanding
This tutor only discusses the Ten Axioms of Choice Theory and closely related Choice Theory concepts (Quality World, Total Behavior, the five basic needs). Ask it to explain, illustrate, or challenge your understanding of any axiom.
Save these for offline review
Save any of these to your phone so you can revisit the axioms without needing the app open.
The Ten Axioms, Talked Through
A short spoken-word walkthrough of all ten axioms, with examples — good for a commute or a walk.
The Ten Axioms, at a glance
A single visual map of all ten axioms, grouped by theme — save it as your phone's quick-reference wallpaper or print it for a session folder.
